New Optical System
The Optical System has been designed specially and is thus preciser; The Optical Cell is specially made and is thus solider and more durable; High resolution CCD Detector with longer life and higher resolution.
 
Highly Reliable Digit Light Source
Stable light source, available to realize precise control, these make the limit of detection of the elements lower and detection precision higher; The new light source is designed by adopting special craft so that the work of Light Source Maintenance has

been reduced greatly.

Advanced Analytical Software
The new software has strong function of analysis and data management. User can add, reduce, modify and optimize grade library easily according the change of commercially-used metal grade and keep the data library advanced all along; The function of multiple optimum solar term operation model provided by the software not only ensures reliable analytical data, but also reduces the consumption of argon (or nitrogen) and thus saves the daily using cost of the instrument.
 
Wavelength can be expanded within 170nm to 780nm
Analytical wave bands include ultraviolet, visible and near infrared spectrum area. Besides the common elements of most metal matrix, the instrument can also be used to analyze the elements with long wave band like Na, Li, and K etc.

Totally New Optical System Design
-The optical system is made by solid and stable aluminium alloy optical cell with high thermal stability and the optical cell has been specially designed and optimized, so it is more suitable for all kinds of analytical applications of PolySpek – J.
-Specially-made high performance, high pixel CCD Detector and Precise Optical Design, all these make the resolution within the whole spectrum wave band has been improved greatly.
-Optical system with argon or nitrogen allows you to analyze the elements whose wavelength within ultraviolet field without installing vacuum pump.
 
Distinctively-designed Sample Excitation Platform
-The design of the sample excitation stand has improved the aerating way of the excitation chamber, so it is easier to be cleaned by electrode.
-The sample is on the same flat surface with the instrument and open type design is adopted, thus makes it easier to analyze all kinds of irregular samples.
-User can analyze the tubes, bars and small samples easily by using all kinds of specfic sample clamps.

Advanced Analytical Software

-Various alloy grade libraries are inserted. User can identify the grade of the analytical sample quickly by comparing the analysis result with the data in the library.
-User can add, reduce, modify the grade and optimize grade library freely according to their needs.
-Functions of Quick Start, Smart Wash and Argon Saving.
 
Quick Start:When the instrument is started, large quantity of working gas will wash the optical cell and excitation stand automatically. User can do the sample analysis after 15 to 20 minutes. So the wash time before analysis is reduced greatly.

Smart Wash:This function can ensure that the instrument will do smart argon wash automatically after restarting. Thus we can guarantee that the instrument is under optimum gas condition all along.

Argon Saving:The instrument will disconnect the argon that lead to the excitation chamber automatically after several minutes of the last analysis so as to reduce the saving of argon if the operating frequency is not high. But it will extend the time of prewash automatically when doing excitation again to ensure the best analysis result.
